Meet My New Friends

So it's half term this week (yay!) and then after that, I have two weeks of exams (plus the next Tuesday for Add Maths) and then it's summer!

There is a light shining at the end of the tunnel, I do believe.

Do you know what my favourite thing to revise is? I love doing English Language Paper 1 papers, simply because I get to write a creative story and that makes me happy.

When doing revision, it's important to be happy.

Happiness, for me, often comes from doing things creatively, so I tend to do origami when I'm revising (also that's also stress-origami making...)

And as I've made quite a lot of origami, I thought that I'd share some of the creations with you (also because there's only so much I can write about revision and looking after yourself etcetera).

As you can see, I have two flowers (lotus is just origami, dahlia involves making lots of petals and sticking them all together) and butterflies (because they're easy to make).

The fish was harder, unfortunately, although it looks pretty cool up there on my window, and the crane was...interesting to make.

But this is what I've been doing around also revising for the second half of exams.

And I also wrote a poem, as you do, and honestly, I think that I should be some sort of writer when I'm older. :D

I have more revision to do, and this is probably procrastination, so I'm going to sign off here. If you have exams after half term, just try to relax a bit this week, yeah?

Find something to do so that you can relax. I'd only suggest origami if you don't get annoyed easily when things don't go right.
